1. What time is check-in?
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards, but this can vary by property.
2. Can I check in early?
Early check-in may be possible depending on cleaning schedules and previous guests.
3. How do I access the property?
All our short-term rentals offer self-check-in using a lockbox, or smart lock. Access instructions (including the code) are typically sent 24 - 48 hours prior to arrival.
4. Will someone meet me at the property?
Not usually. Self-check-in is the standard for most short-stay rentals. If a meet-and-greet is required or preferred, this will be arranged in advance.
5. What if I arrive late at night?
Late check-ins are fine with self-check-in. Just make sure you have the access instructions and let the host know your estimated arrival time.
6. Where can I park?
Parking details will be listed in the booking information. All our properties have dedicated spots.
7. Will I get exact directions before arrival?
Yes. You'll receive detailed directions and check-in instructions, usually 24–48 hours before your stay, often via email or the booking platform's messaging system.
8. What should I bring with me?
The property will typically provide linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen essentials. Bring personal items like food, special toiletries, and chargers.
9. Do I need to show ID or sign anything on arrival?
In most cases, no. Identity verification is handled through the booking platform. However, we may ask for ID verification or a signed rental agreement, especially for longer stays (maximum 90 days).
10. Can I have guests over or invite people to stay?
This depends on the house rules. Most short-stay rentals limit guests to those included in the booking. Always ask us if you're unsure.
14. Are pets allowed?
Only if the listing says it's pet-friendly. Additional fees apply.
15. Is smoking allowed on the property?
All our properties are non-smoking indoors. Some allow smoking in designated outdoor areas — check the house rules.
